Description

The City Museum in St. Louis is a giant, interactive playground for all ages built entirely from repurposed industrial scrap and architectural salvage. Housed in a massive 600,000 square foot shoe factory, this unconventional space was founded in 1997 by visionary Bob Cassilly. It breaks all traditional museum rules by inviting visitors to touch, climb, crawl and slide through its exhibits rather that just look. Four indoor floors packed with a massive network of hidden tunnels, a winding cave system, a giant climbing slinky and over 30 slides. An outdoor climbing area featuring a castle turret, a giant ball pit and two real jet planes suspended in the air.  Valid any operating day during 2026. Ticket does not include rooftop admission.
