How to use KCHI Big Deals

You will find certificates for sale by clicking on a Featured Item, a Category, the Business List or All Deals

Add your certificate to the cart; if available, you can change the quantity. You can checkout then or keep shopping

If you want to delete an item from your cart, simply make the Quantity ‘0’ and then update

The first time you pay, you will have to register your information to create an account; after that you will sign in with your email and password only

Shopping cart choices:

· Paper certificate

· Gift: this will take your name off the certificate, for giving

· Mobile certificate: only available in the Mobile Certificates category

· Quantity: can also be changed here

· Continue shopping: to add more items to your cart

· Update cart: if you have changed the quantity

· Delivery dropdown: choose mail (extra fee), or pick up at KCHI

· Checkout

Review shopping cart: IMPORTANT!

· Scroll down for payment choices

· Pay with credit card: enter card information here, then complete order

· Pay at station: click complete order (we accept card, check or cash)

· If you get a notice your order is 'incomplete', please check to be sure you have selected a payment method

If you choose to pay at KCHI, your items will be held for 7 days only; after that your items will be returned to inventory

Please allow 24-48 hours for orders to be fulfilled

Click the MOBILE APP link on the KCHI Big Deals store menu bar for instructions to download (the Mobile App is required to use Mobile Certificates)

If a certificate is ‘temporarily out of stock’, please check back in a few days as items are randomly reloaded

If you want to fulfill a pending order:

Click My Account

Go to Pending Order

Click “Pay for Order”; Brings up a red box under Order Details

Click “Pay with a credit card now”; Takes you to credit card payment, enter info if not

already saved

Scroll down – click “Complete Order”
