How to use KCHI Big Deals

You will find certificates for sale by clicking on a Featured Item, a Category, the Business List or All Deals

Add your certificate to the cart; you can checkout then or keep shopping

If you want to delete an item from your cart, simply make the Quantity ‘0’ and then update 

The first time you pay, you will have to register your information to create an account; after that you will sign in with your email and password only

Payment is made securely on the website by card, or you may choose to pay at KCHI

If you get a notice your order is 'incomplete', please check to be sure you have selected a payment method

                    If you choose to pay at KCHI, your items will be held for 7 days only; after that your items will be returned to inventory

Please allow 24-48 hours for orders to be fulfilled

To use the Mobile App, click that link on the KCHI Big Deals store menu bar for instructions (the Mobile App is required to use Mobile Certificates)

If a certificate is ‘temporarily out of stock’, please check back in a few days as items will be randomly reloaded
